Returns & Shipping
All Highlife products can be returned and refunded within 1 week of purchase (APART FROM ORDERS of A1 & A0 FRAMES) If you are not satisfied with the product please send it back within 7 days after receipt of the good(s). Products must be returned an undamaged condition in the same packaging as received.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after receiving the good(s) and wait for instructions via e-mail, then return the goods within 3 days.
When a product has factory defects or if we shipped the wrong product or any other fault on our part we will pay for the transport costs in the form of a refund, or arrange collection ourselves.
In all other cases the customer will have to pay for the transport costs of the returned good(s). If applicable a refund or credit to your account will be issued within 8 working days. In case of an exchange and the desired product is not available you will receive a credit voucher which has to be redeemed within 6 months.
You will receive an exact shipping calculation upon checkout or you can check it in your shopping bag.
All products including all poster formats (prints, framed prints and canvases) will be shipped anywhere in the UAE within 4-6 days of receipt of the payment.
Large Framed Pieces
It is advisable to collect the A1 and A0 sized prints yourself from Al Warda Gallery as the couriers sometimes have ‘accidents’ when transporting glass and frames and will not accept liability for this.
Highlife Giclee Prints (only) can be shipped internationally. Frames and canvases cannot be shipped as they get damaged in transit. Specialised art shipping can be arranged for these but it is very expensive and cheaper to frame the other end!
Whilst highlife-dubai.com will arrange replacement and fix any damages incurred by the couriers, we cannot take responsibility for the courier service- unfortunately it is in their hands and sometimes things get damaged. If you recieve a damaged item, please email email@example.com
